Who can apply for this post

Selection Process

The selection will be based on Short-listing & interview (for regular post- Assistant General Manager (Marketing) / Chief Manager (Marketing) & short-listing, interview & CTC negotiation (for contractual post). For other posts- shortlisting, interview and CTC negotiation.

Application Fees

Application fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) is ₹750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty only) for General/EWS/OBC candidates and no fees/intimation charges for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.

How much salary will you get

• Vice President (Transformation): 50.00 Lakh to Rs. Rs 75.00 lakh
• Senior Special Executive (Program Manager):- Rs.22.00 Lakh to Rs.30.00 Lakh
• Sr. Special Executive Quality & Training (Inbound & Outbound): 22.00 Lakh to Rs. Rs.30.00 lakh
• Senior Special Executive (Command Center): Rs.22.00 Lakh to Rs.30.00 Lakh

Contractual Position

Senior Vice President & Head (Marketing): Rs 50 lakh-55 lakh (CTC will be divided into fixed pay and variable pay in the ratio of 70:30).

• Assistant General Manager Senior Management Grade Scale – V: Rs.89890 – 2500/2 – 94890-2730/2-100350.
• Chief Manager (Marketing) Management Grade Scale – IV: Rs 76010 – 2220/4 – 84890 – 2500/2 – 89890.
